You will be a vital part of our Appeals and Enforcement team, involved in the investigation and consideration of enforcement related matters, including the processing of resulting retrospective planning applications. There will be a varied and challenging workload, and you will need to be capable of demonstrating considerable initiative and professional judgement in potentially sensitive situations. Although you will be involved in formal enforcement action you will be expected to use your professional skills to negotiate and seek positive solutions when this is appropriate.
